Dear Alison,

I'm writing to let you know how happy we are with your gardening service at our collision repair centre. As you know the Fix Auto franchise is very strict about our cleanliness and image, so we try hard to keep our facility looking clean and sharp all year round.
We are always impressed with your ideas about what type of plants to put in our flower beds that will prosper with little attention, (after all we are "car guys" not really plant guys), so everything looks great without our help. We also like your attention to detail, like picking the right colours that go with our logo, and the unique seasonal decoration you come up with.
All this buttering up, is a plea that you come back this spring and your team with continue to make us look great.
